Peer To Peer Programme

We are delighted to announce the launch of our Peer to Peer Programme.

The programme will take place over 6 weeks, with an expected 16 hours commitment per week. During this time participants will shadow the C3R team, learning from them, expanding their skillset whilst working on their very own workshop to organise and lead by the end of the programme. Candidates will get the opportunity to assist the team in organising community events, handling administrative tasks, conducting research, help with fundraising, and more. Additionally, a support for transportation and meals will be provided at £9 per day.

We are looking for:

Individuals who are passionate about environmentalism and aspire to build a career in climate-related fields. If you are in search of valuable work experience this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Having enthusiasm and a proactive mindset is essential, we are looking for someone who is driven by the desire to create positive change.

Participants will acquire skills in:

  • administration
  • organisation
  • interpersonal skills
  • leadership
  • practical work experience.

They will also obtain insight into climate action and activism, as well as experience in fundraising and social activities. There is some flexibility to the programme to match the experience to any particular skillset participants wish to specialise and expand on.

To apply, please get in touch with us at c3r@elrec.org.uk, providing your CV and explaining why you would like to be a part of the peer-to-peer program.
