- Contacting Energy Suppliers: We can help you get in touch with your energy suppliers.
- Installing Smart Meters: We’ll guide you through installing smart meters to keep track of your energy usage.
- Energy Debt: If you’re struggling with energy debt, we can offer advice and solutions.
- Eligibility Checks for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Measures: We can check if you qualify for energy efficiency improvements from Home Energy Scotland, like new boilers, loft insulation, and cavity wall insulation.
- Applying for Warm Home Discount Payment: We’ll help you apply for the £150 Warm Home Discount payment.
- Energy Surgeries at ELREC: We’re running energy surgeries at ELREC every two weeks in partnership with an energy advisor from Citizen Advice Edinburgh. Clients can come by for personalized advice and support.
- New Drop-in Service at the Ukrainian Club: We’ve started a new monthly drop-in service at the Ukrainian Club to meet the specific needs of the Ukrainian community.
- Community Outreach: We’re actively reaching out to various ethnic communities to raise awareness about energy issues and the support available. Our outreach efforts aim to ensure that everyone knows about the resources and help they can access.
