Farming Spaghetti Squash Sharing!

This autumn harvest season, Yuwing Wong – founder and farmer of AuLaw Organic Farm in England – will be bringing freshly harvested spaghetti squash to Edinburgh for the very first time to host a sharing event! 🍁🍂 Since late August, Yuwing has been touring London, Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford, and Portsmouth to promote “Spaghetti Squash bloom everywhere — everyone can enjoy.” Now making his way to Scotland, he’ll be sharing not only tips on how to grow spaghetti squash, but also his philosophy: “Grow Your Own, Keep Your Own Seeds.” He’ll also be exchanging practical insights into composting, natural pest control, and weed prevention. The event, conducted in Cantonese with spaghetti squash tasting, is free to join🌱
