Freelance Tailor Wanted – £16/hour
C3R is looking for a freelance tailor to deliver a 2-hour weekly workshop as part of our Communities Reduce, Reuse & Recycle project.

When: Tuesdays or Wednesdays (2 hours per week)

Where: ELREC, 14 Forth Street, EH6 5EF

Pay: £16 per hour
We are looking for someone who can:

Lead & facilitate weekly workshops for participants (variety of beginner & regular attendees)

Teach participants how to use sewing machines

Guide them in repairing & altering their own clothes

Run creative sessions on upcycling old fabrics and materials into new practical & decorative items

Set up & pack up each session, coordinate workshop plans with the C3R Team
Desirable:
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, the tailor will be working with participants from diverse community backgrounds.
