Foraging and what to do with your weeds – RBGE Online workshop

21/08/2020Friday from 13:30-15:00

Join our next Edible Gardening Project at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh Online session on Friday 21st August at 1:30pm.

The idea of this workshop is to find other uses of the most common weeds we find in the garden. If we spend so much time weeding, then it makes sense to eat them as well.

We will look at a few plants that you will find around Edinburgh Greenspaces that you may be able to use.

We will look at the foraging code so we can clarify what is ok and not ok to do.

Most of us get so much enjoyment out of foraging, but it’s very important to follow the guidelines so we can protect our wildlife, wildflowers and Greenspaces.

Join Zoom Meeting at 1:30PM on Friday 21st August.
