Scotland United Against racism & fascism
Scotland United is staging an important anti-hatred march on Saturday 20 February 2010 in Edinburgh. They will bring together faith groups, trade unions, community organisations, voluntary organisations and politicians to celebrate Scotland's multiculturalism and to take a strong stance against any form of hatred.
This is in response to the anti-Muslim protest planned by Scottish & English Defence League who wish to march on the same day. The bodies like BNP or SDL/EDL can only be defeated by mass action and solidarity.
We need your voices, your music and your skills to show the true diversity of our city. So ask your workmates, friends and family to join our rally. Let’s turn Saturday 20 February into a positive peaceful day that Scotland says loud and clear we do not want fascists on our streets or in our communities and we are UNITED.
